After preliminary evaluation,an approx. estimate was forwarded to me which was approved. They will take 7working days to complete the repair. I am waiting for it. Good service.. my pixel 2 had issues and they gave me an estimated cost of Rs.19,000/- approx. So obviously I rejected the quotation since I'd rather buy a new phone than repair an older one for such a hefty price. Due to an accident, My pixel 2 phone screen cracked also the back panel got a little damaged due to the impact .... the display also went off ... we found about Google Pixel service center through some online search .. we called them n they arranged for a pickup amidst lockdown ... As the damage for quite a lot, the estimation came to rs 19000 but we're told it will be a newly assembled phone .. and true to their words... I did get a new assembled phone .. though it took time considering all this happened during peak…

Went to the service center, and the guy informed me of the procedure for repair. He was very helpful. The phone was sent to the Google factory for repair, and I received it within 12 days in perfectly repaired condition. All the repairs are carried out at Google Authorised repair factory based out in Andheri, Mumbai. Our collection point in Thane, Mumbai facilitates the collection of the devices and sending & receiving devices to & from the repair factory.
Once the booking is made, Pickup is arranged within 3 working days (if it's a remote area than the time might get increase). Normally it takes around 8-10 working days once we receive the device.
Once your workorder is generated, we will provide you with a dedicated support number. You can call that number for any technical support, workorder status, or other issues. Our support team will be available Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and will be closed on Sundays and major public holidays.
